Kent Kromer
KENT KROMER is the President and C.E.O. of both Tank Builders, Inc., and Tank & Vessel Builders, LLC. After earning his degree in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University, he joined TBI in 2008, starting his career in estimating and design. Over the years, he expanded his expertise in engineering, drafting, accounting, IT, and project management. From 2016 to 2019, he served as Vice President of Production before advancing to his current leadership role.
STEPHEN HAZELTON, P.E.
STEPHEN HAZELTON, P.E., serves as Vice President of Engineering. He has designed tanks and tank foundations for tank fabricators since 1985. He obtained his BSME and MSME degrees from Texas Tech University. Stephen is a registered professional engineer in Texas and several other states.
H.C. WESTMORELAND JR
H.C. WESTMORELAND JR, has served as Purchasing and Transportation Manager since 1999. He has worked for TBI since 1979 as a field boilermaker, heavy equipment operator, and field foreman.
T.J. WEBSTER
T.J. Webster, Serves as the General Superintendent for TBI. TJ was the Field and Shop Safety Manager from 2008 until March of 2018. He has worked since 1998 as a field boilermaker, heavy equipment operator, and field tank erection foreman.
CHERYL RIVAS
CHERYL RIVAS, has worked for TBI since 2006, and served as accounting manager since 2015. She has over 19 years experience in accounting.
FRANK BAHR
FRANK BAHR, began working with TBI in 2002. He developed fabrication and management skills, to now head the Euless, TX shop fabrication and field erection support for TBI.
DARRYL HARRIS
DARRYL HARRIS, has 30 years of tank and vessel experience and serves as the General Manager of the Baird, TX Tank & Vessel Shop.
KYLE KROMER
KYLE KROMER, has worked for engineering and construction companies since 1999. He has 7 years experience with a national multi discipline engineering and construction firm as Director of Recruiting. He began working with TBI Marketing in 2009 and became Business Development and Marketing Manager in 2011 and now serves as Vice President of Sales.
